Very efficient and knowledgeable. Friendly. Helpful. Informed and pro-active. Our time was short, and we needed to look at houses that met our criteria. Stephanie lined up several houses each day, and listened to our reactions to each one. We were able to narrow our search to a few that we wanted to see a second time, and she made that happen the next day. At the end of that day we made an offer, and she helped us negotiate our final price. Sellers accepted. And we closed within a month. A wonderful experience.
