Johnathan lives in Estero, Florida with his wife and kids. They enjoy fishing and collecting shells in the Sanibel area and taking short day trips to the spectacular Marco Island beaches. The entire family enjoys playing soccer all year around on some of the beautiful pitches in the area.

As we still reside in New York, Johnathan was instrumental in us being able to purchase our future home. We did come to Florida to look at several houses over a weekend and Johnathan had set up a schedule to maximize our time. He has always been available any time we needed, which was great as I have a pretty tight schedule. He went above and beyond to get us information such as quotes from vendors in the area for items for a couple of homes we looked at to help make a determination. Again, being so far away he truly operated as our proxy. Johnathan is very hard-working and I would absolutely call upon him again!
