Mike and Anna did such a tremendous job for us and it exceeded our expectations. Honesty , integrity, hardworking, local experience, ethical , best negotiator's, best overall advice,and really nice people come to mind while trying to describe our experience working with them. I would list Mike as one of the most knowledgeable brokers in the Naples market and his advice was like no other. His negotiating skills were amazing and best in class. Anna was so organized and is a leading expert with anything to do with the piles of paperwork that you are required to manage throughout the process. Anna was so helpful through the entire process and saved us thousands and thousands of dollars . I have never worked with such a great team before and have purchased dozens of properties in the past and am so glad we found them. Totally an outstanding process.

You can stop scrolling now, you’ve found the right team to buy (or sell) your next home. Working with Mike and Anna to purchase our first home was an incredible experience. From day one, it was clear how passionate they are about helping find the right place for us. Both of them are incredibly responsive & proactive communicators, resourceful chasing down answers to all our questions (none of which were too small or silly for them), connecting us with related providers before and after close, and tenacious in getting an excellent deal over the finish line. They’re also wonderful company to boot, always striking the perfect balance between levity and professionalism.

This is our fifth transaction with Mike and Anna as real estate agents and we couldn't recommend them more highly! Over the years, we have made four home purchases and recently a sale of a home with Mike and Anna representing us. Each time, they both have made what is typically a stressful process seamless with their knowledge of the Naples market and their skills. Unlike other realtors, they will go the extra mile to make sure you are well represented and getting the most benefit on either side of the transaction. Mike and Anna go above and beyond to pass along their personal contacts such as roofers, handymen, plumbers, preferred inspectors and more, which is hugely beneficial in both the buying and selling process! They kept us updated frequently regarding the status of the home sale, but made the process simple and hands-off for us as we were traveling outside of the country during the closing. There are a lot of realtors to choose from in Naples, however there are very few who have as many annual sales as Mike and Anna, and we can honestly say there are none that could surpass the depth of knowledge, professionalism, and negotiating capabilities as this duo! There is certainly a reason we have utilized them for 5 transactions over the years. Do not hesitate to reach out to Mike and Anna for your next Naples real estate purchase or sale; you will not regret it!!

We highly recommend Anna and Mike Bryant if you’re looking for a home in Naples. Our experience, being fairly unacquainted with Naples, had Mike working tirelessly with us to find properties that met our desires within the parameters we had established. Our family has worked with Mike and Anna for more than fifteen years. Over the years, we have noticed a constant trend when working with Mike and Anna. We received top dollar per square footage in our area when selling a home and we received the best price per square footage in the area when buying a home. This common occurrence does not happen by chance. It takes a team who works off of their strengths to make this happen. Anna is a brilliant attorney who is able to deftly collate the necessary information and disseminate it in a timely manner. She patiently explained and guided our family through each step of the buying or selling process. No question is too small or trivial for Anna. She has a deep respect for her clients and works hard to get to know her clients wants and wishes when looking for a new home. Mike is data driven and will break down the ever changing status of the housing market into clear and concise language which has been a huge asset for us. This resulted in our ability to make informed decisions based on facts not based on emotions. Mike is a masterful negotiator who always has the best interest of his clients in mind. He is not out for the quick buy. Mike and Anna spent over 6 months helping our son who was a first time buyer find the right home that was within his budget. In addition, Mike is extremely knowledgeable about the Naples area and house construction. As a buyer, we knew we could depend on Mike as a valuable resource as well. This is the second time I’ve worked with Anna and Mike. Both experiences were great. They are both easy to work with and offer local expertise. They’ll take the time to answer questions, explain the process and make recommendations when needed. They make what could be a stressful experience easy and fun. I write reviews very rarely at best, but the performance of our realtors Mike and Anna Bryant in selling our home in Naples, FL warrants a shout out. Our house went on the market just as the red-hot real estate market tanked. We moved out of state before it was sold. We had to rely on Mike, especially, to see that the house was in good order after each showing. We had a planned trip to take care of some maintenance scrubbed due to Hurricane Milton. Mike took care of things for us well above and beyond the call of duty. Anna, the legal eagle of the team, kept on top of things and shepherded us through each step of the sale so that all was dealt with in a proper and timely fashion. I highly recommend them as realtors and as good people.

There are hundreds of realtors in Naples ..but there are realtors and then there are Realtors. Anna and Mike Bryant are heads and shoulders above most of their peers in Naples. Think about what you look for in a realtor - professionalism, knowledge, integrity, teamwork, communication, personability - then talk to Anna and Mike who embody all these qualities.We've just completed out third transaction with the Bryants and it just reinforced our belief that you will be hard pressed to find a better team in Naples to trust with your property purchase or sale.For the regular person, real estate transactions are a stressful time - and if you've been through a few, you know that they rarely go smoothly.
