Monica consistently went above and beyond the call of duty. My wife had an operation and was in rehab in another city. Monica cleared out the entire condo except for furniture, staged it and photographed it, then listed it on the market. The first floor of the condo building had been severely damaged by Hurricane Ian four months earlier. Prospective buyers loved the view from the fifth floor, but were wary of the challenges of reconstruction. The condo was taken off the market for the summer and reduced in price. The fall opening and frequent showings attracted no bids. It was taken off the market again. The owner authorized purchases of furnishings to sell fully furnished, Monica used a different stager, had another photo shoot and another price reduction. Monica and the stager became a dynamic duo to relieve the owner supervising minor repairs. Once the offer came in, Monica coordinated a successful closure.

After my mom died in June, Monica supported me through the arduous process of getting the house prepped to sell, working through the volatile market and ensuring a welcome experience for me as a seller. She stuck through a lengthy process, without wavering in her commitment, to sell the home, care for the home and ensure it went to buyers who would have a beautiful new start. Monica is intelligent, persuasive and kind. It was great having her by my side!

Monica helped us purchase a condo in Naples after a long process during which we looked at multiple gated communities and condominium developments. Throughout this process, Monica was incredibly patient and enthusiastic about getting us educated on the Naples market. During our search, when we would wake up in the morning with a new idea of a property to see or add a new community to the search, Monica was on it and we were touring that property in a matter of hours (sometimes less than an hour) and always getting her honest input on what we just saw. Her perspective from having lived in the Naples community for a long time and raising a family here was very helpful in terms of understanding what it is really like to live here, including getting around, home services and neighborhoods that would be suitable for us. This local knowledge and Monica's responsiveness came together at several critical junctures in the process to purchase our property and facilitated the expedited closing we were seeking. Now that we have closed, we know that we can tap into Monica as we think about services, any renovations, golf club options, etc. It was a pleasure working with Monica and we are very happy with the results.

Monica was very helpful in guiding us through the process of purchasing our condo. We relied on her expertise as we were not from the area and were not familiar with the negotiation process. She was very thorough and provided us with contacts for the lawyers, insurance etc. Her promptness in providing answers in a timing fashion was outstanding. I would highly recommend Monica to close any house/condo deal.

I have worked with Monica for 5 yrs. Although she routinely does not work rentals , she helped me find a place to live when I relocated from Miami. I called her when I was ready to buy and she was there for me. She gets involved in the process, sometimes too complicated for you to keep tract of, and she does it very smoothly. She is on top of the negotiation and alerts you when issues come up. Monica is a hands on realtor and that itself , makes her unique. I highly recommend her without any hesitation for all your real estate needs. She is also a great source of information and provides you connections that are serious professionals. I just sold my house and she helped with the planning and decision making. She is an All-Star and you should contact her after reading this review. You will not regret it.

Monica went the extra mile for us! We worked with Monica for approximately five months to find the perfect residence for our move to Florida from up north. Over the course of this time she created and modified searches so we'd see only what met our needs, which changed over time, took us to see several places, and visited many more on her own and sent us the videos. She was very patient with us and guided us through the bidding process on several places. Even when our bid won and we backed out due to a common defect identified during the inspection process she remained very understanding and committed to finding us the right place. Finally together after several months we found the perfect place that met all our needs. She guided us through the whole process and even gave us the names of her trusted local service men/women to handle the various small repairs/services that our unit would require and obtained estimates from them. She worked around the clock to alert us to new listings and those properties that were about to be listed. She provided insightful comparative market analysis and was extremely professional and delightful to work with. If you're looking for a property in Naples or Bonita Springs and want an experienced, local agent who truly listens to what you want, she's the BEST!

Monica is a wonderful agent to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable of the area and brought many buyers and multiple offers to our listings. We met Monica Ulrich by chance when attending an open house in Naples. Lucky for us that we did. When told what we were looking for she immediately went to work and provided us with many listings and took us to several properties. When we found the condo we wanted to buy she helped us immensely! We live in Pittsburgh but she was always immediately available to answer our questions and provide us with the much needed help to close on our condo. She is very warm and personable and we are happy to call her our friend now!
